The Bottled-in-Bond Act is a 1987 law that sets the quality standard for bourbon whiskey that is bottled-in-bond or bonded.
The production of Jack Daniel’s BOTTLED-IN-BOND Tennessee Whiskey follows this Act and is thus matured for four years as well as produced within one season in a single distillery.
Also the 50% alcohol follow this quality standard.
