Description
A concentrated wine, yielding ripe flavors or rhubarb and plum as well as anise and bell pepper, with savory notes of cocoa and mocha. Full-bodied and rich on the palate with polished, integrated tannins and excellent structure.
Produced from selected, certified sustainable vineyards in Alexander Valley, an area in Sonoma known for producing great Cabernet. This wine is made utilizing only the most exacting standards: low yields, minimal handling, sustainable farming, french oak aging and minimal fining and filtration.
