Unfiltered DDH IPA. This beer is brewed in honor of one of the most legendary Nederland locals. We hopped this brother with a unique blend of Mosiac, Nelson Sauvin, and Moutere. Think Macho Man Randy Savage, propellers from afar, and shirley temples.
“Knotted Root is doing what they do best here! Using the science behind hops and combining different strains to create specific flavor profiles. This beer pours an opaque, pale orange color with a large, dense and foamy, off-white head that leaves a heavy lacing in the glass. On the nose you get light aromas of peaches, along with dank and skunky hops, some pine, and grainy malts. The body sits at a medium-heavy weight with a medium-light carbonation, creating a smooth mouth feel. The palate mirrors the nose almost exactly, although the peach flavors are a bit more prevalent here, and the skunky hop character lingers just a little with only a very light bitterness.” Review by Dan Chacon
