Description
A limited edition bottling from the Chicago craft distillery, Koval’s Single Barrel Bottled in Bond Rye is made from a mash bill of 100% rye that has been aged for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof. Like their other products, Koval’s Bonded Rye is certified organic and kosher. The nose reveals scents of cinnamon, cherry, and milk chocolate over a base of toasted rye bread. The sip opens with buttered rye toast and cinnamon which are followed by cherry and raspberry. Rye spice arrives on the finish with flavors of cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
