L’Heritier-Guyot Creme de Cassis Cassissee is an outstanding classic among French liqueurs and is regarded as the benchmark for authentic cassis enjoyment. Produced by L’Heritier-Guyot, one of the oldest distilleries in Dijon, it reflects the craftsmanship that the house has cultivated since it was founded in 1845.
Only carefully selected blackcurrants of the Blackdown and Noir de Bourgogne varieties, known for their intense aroma and natural sweetness, are used in the production process. In order to preserve the freshness and full fruit aromas, processing takes place immediately after harvesting. The distillery relies on a traditional process developed by founder Louis-Baptiste L’Heritier, which has been perfected over generations.
This liqueur is not only a symbol of the French art of distilling, but also an integral part of upscale bar culture worldwide.
