Description

The town of Clonakilty is located on the south coast of Ireland. The land around the Clonakilty distillery is already in the hands of the eighth generation of the Scully family. The climate on the south coast, with fresh air from the Atlantic, provides excellent conditions for sea fennel. The gin was inspired by the Minke whale. It is made from the whey produced on the family farm. The sea fennel (Rock Samphire) gives the Minke Gin its special note.
