Notes of vanilla and a hint of smokiness accentuate the grainy and nutty character of the buckwheat, making for a “not whiskey” that will please every lover of “whiskey”. One and Only Buckwheat is made by Catskill Distilling Co. in Bethel, N.Y. with Catskill Mountain water and New York grown grains. 42.5%abv.
