Marco Parusso’s Barolos see 50-70% stem inclusion but this wine skips over that additional process. The 2015 Langhe Nebbiolo seeks to obtain fruit purity and brightness instead. The fruit was cold soaked and the wine’s appearance shows a more brilliant and luminous ruby hue with a stable appearance. The bouquet is youthful and crisp with primary notes of dark cherry, plum and black fruit. Fruit used to make this accessible wine comes, in part, from outside the immediate Barolo are.
