Description
Made from pure Greco di Tufo grapes, this Campania white wine from Petilia Winery comes from the vineyards of Chianche, near Avellino, on clayey soils of volcanic nature rich in mineral components. The October harvest precedes the soft pressing of the whole grapes, with subsequent fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The final stage of ageing requires bottle ageing for 3-4 months.
Excellent throughout the meal, particularly recommended with seafood dishes or vegetable and legume soups.
