The Malteco Seleccion 1993 rum comes from a traditional Guatemalan recipe and embodies the rich history and craftsmanship of the region.

Production takes place in Panama, where the fresh sugar cane juice is distilled using the column still method.

After distillation, the rum matures in selected bourbon barrels, which are taken to the mountains of Panama to undergo its unique flavor development under optimal climatic conditions.
