Santa Carolina, founded in 1875 and currently owned by the Larrain family, proudly champions Chilean Heritage with a focus on innovation. Through the journey of the valleys, Santa Carolina respects each varietal typicity and treasures the expression of fruit. The estates, owned and managed by Santa Carolina, are in Maipo, Rapel, Leyda, Casablanca and Colchagua.
Before serving wine is recommended to decant. Potential aging wine is 10 years.
Blend: 45% Petit Syray, 25% Petit Verdot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Carmenere, and 5% Malbec
Origin: Valle Central – Valle del Rapel – Valle de cachapoal, Chile.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 12 months in bottle.
