This 2016 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is a showstopper of a wine. Bright ruby red in color, it opens with aromas of black cherry, coconut and Cabernet-spice. The palate is medium bodied and filled with juicy flavors of blackberry, plum, currant and a toasty oak. Soft tannins intermingle with a hint of herbs on the persistent finish. Pair with your favorite grilled meats.
