The MORTLACH 11 Years Old Single Malt #34 from the Signatory Vintage 100 Proof series is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside that perfectly reflects the powerful and complex characteristics of the Mortlach distillery. Distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2024 after eleven years of maturation, this whisky was matured in a combination of first fill and second fill Oloroso sherry butts. This choice of cask gives it a deep, dark fruitiness and an elegant spiciness that harmonizes wonderfully with the robust structure of Mortlach.
The distillery’s unique distillation process is particularly noteworthy: Mortlach combines double and triple distilled spirits, which gives the whisky exceptional depth and oiliness.
