“This bottling presents the iconic Aussie style of Sémillon. Citrus zest, pineapple, white spice and honeysuckle characteristics melt into a waxy mouthfeel on the medium- to full-bodied palate. Zippy acidity and tangy citrus and spice notes linger on the finish. About Liz & Shaun’s winery
Silkman Wines is owned and operated by local winemaking couple Shaun and Liz Silkman.
