The 2021 Malbec-Syrah Tikal Natural is a blend of 60% Malbec and 40% Syrah from Vista Flores in the Uco Valley and was 45% aged in one-fifth new French oak barrels, with the remainder kept in tanks. Purple in color. The nose presents cherry, raspberry, blackberry and violets over a faint layer of oak. Indulgent on the palate, the packaged, balanced mouthfeel makes for a harmonious, flavorful red. This is a captivating Uco Valley blend.
