Description
Deep reddish purple with aromas of bright berry/cherry fruit. Big body yet very balanced with luscious layers of raspberry, cherry, and cocoa flavors. Just a hint of baking spice at the end brings it all together.
Aaron Notes:
Aromas of lavender, crushed blackberry, raspberry, dried herbs and mocha. It’s medium bodied with firm well balanced tannins . Mouth watering and slightly fragrant. Dark fruits are kissed with hints of vanilla and pepper. This wine is sooo good!
I would pair this with grilled chicken and veggies or even a good ole cheeseburger.

The 2020 Bonarda – Malbec Tikal Patriota is a 60/40 blend from La Consulta, Uco Valley. Purple in hue. The nose offers notes of raspberry and blackberry with a hint of herbs and faint aromas from the aging process. Quite smooth and expansive on the palate with mild freshness, fruity flavors gather at the back of the mouth followed by oak aromas right at the end. An accomplished wine.
