The Opening Act Chardonnay is pale yellow, which belies the not pale nature of this super snappy wine! Allow it to open up for a minute before it starts bursting with flint, wet stone, and apple pie. Tart citrus, hard peaches, and key lime pie. This wine is sooooo good!
