This Single Malt was shaped by Skye as much as by us. From the Two burns that feed us with the purest island spring water, the willful climate which governs the rhythms of the distillery, to the inspiration we draw from the rugged beauty of the wild landscape that surrounds us, our whisky is just one more expression of skye, but through passion and determination we leave our own mark as well. Torabnaig is a Skye whisky through and through, but it’s also unmistakably our Skye whisky, as complex and compelling as its land or origin. A whisky shaped by Skye, but made by Torabhaig.

Fresh sea-blown peat on the nose, pine tar, sea salt, seaweed, dried seashells, and a tropical note of lime. Sweeter vanilla scents emerge, along with coconut, light nuttiness, and a hint of coffee. Its peated but light and floral. The palate is honeyed, with vanilla, spice, dark chocolate, and lemon playing above beautifully integrated charcoal and peat. The mellow peat influence integrates beautifully into flavors that are dynamic, gorgeous, and memorable. Editor’s Choice
