Description
100% Riesling from sandy soils on a single vineyard south facing hillside slope at 285m. Fermented on the skins without manipulation of the cap for 6 weeks. Aging in 500l used barrel for 8 months. Bottling without fining, filtration, and minimal sulfur added a few days before bottling. Certified biodynamic.
