Description

The color of this wine is absolutely stunning – a brilliant purple with a red hue. It’s made from a blend of grapes sourced from four different sites, with 60% coming from the southern region of Heathcote and the rest from the northern sites. The wine is aged in a combination of American and French oak barrels, 45% of which are brand new. The aromas are intense and vibrant, with notes of red fruits, chocolate, and strawberry cream. On the palate, it’s rich and full-bodied, with a luxurious mouthfeel. It’s reminiscent of the scent of fresh pastries from a French bakery, with a combination of creamy and silky red fruits. This wine is complex, with bright natural acids that give it a clean finish. It’s drinkable now, but will also age beautifully in your collection for up to 15 years.
