Description
Two gin enthusiasts, Sandra Wimmeler and Denis Loennendonker, fulfilled their dream of creating their own gin. The top priority was quality, only the best ingredients and a lot of attention to detail lead to such a result – a high-end gin, distilled from potatoes.
This gin is completely out of the ordinary: the juniper schnapps is namely produced on the basis of potatoes. From cultivation to bottling, everything is done on site and under strict supervision. Sustainability also plays a major role, the master distillers pay attention to regional and shipping is CO2 neutral.
The Premium Dry Gin is distilled from homemade raw alcohol from potatoes and according to a special as well as secret triple distillation process and classically complemented with juniper berries, lavender and coriander. Other botanicals include ginger roots, cinnamon bark, lemon peel and a few other secret ingredients. The combination of these botanicals gives it its mild and special aroma. In the production of the gin, special attention is paid to sustainability – so regional ingredients are used without a long transport route, the bottles are sealed with a natural cork and the label is made of recyclable paper.
